PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MINUTES OF MAY 22, 2019 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Malone called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm in the Council Caucus Room and led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Present: Greg Malone, Darrick Matthews, Dave Anderson, Paul Schumann, Julie Nader, Tom <br />Patton, Don Rerko <br />Staff: Planning and Development Director Kim Lieber, City Engineer Pete DiFranco <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Planning & Design Commission minutes of May 8, 2019 are submitted for approval. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Mr. Schumann, to approve the Planning & Design <br />Commission minutes of May 8, 2019, motion approved 7-0. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />19-13762; Daryl Lawson and Brian & Katie Ondrish; 4053 Canterbury Road & 4060 <br />Shelley Drive <br />Proposal consists of splitting 30.01' of rear land of Shelley Drive parcel (PPN 232-29-024) and <br />consolidating with 4053 Canterbury Road parcel (PPN 232-29-011). Properties are zoned A -One <br />Family Residence. <br />Ms. Lieber and Mr. DiFranco had no concerns with the lot split and consolidation and <br />recommended approval. Mr. Lawson said that his driveway is on his neighbor's property so he is <br />purchasing a portion of their property to resolve the issue. <br />Roger Stephenson, representative of Francis McCafferty, the owner of 4029 Canterbury Road, to <br />ask if there is any new construction planned for the additional land. Mr. Lawson said no <br />construction is planned, the proposal is just a matter of being able to use his driveway. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to approve 19-13762; Daryl Lawson and <br />Brian & Katie Ondrish; 4053 Canterbury Road & 4060 Shelley Drive consisting of splitting <br />30.01' of rear land of Shelley Drive parcel (PPN 232-29-024) and consolidating with 4053 <br />Canterbury Road parcel (PPN 232-29-011). Motion approved 7-0. <br />19-13781; Paul Schumann; 27137 Butternut Rid a Road <br />Proposal consists of consolidating two parcels (PPN 235-16-006 and 235-16-058), creating a <br />single 0.597 acre parcel. Properties are zoned B -One Family Residence. <br />Before the case was called, Mr. Schumann recused himself. <br />
