Variances are required for signage related to the additional drive through equipment. Three signs <br />will be added for a total of six signs. The existing flagpole on site will be relocated to the rear <br />corner of the property. <br />Ms. Nader moved, seconded by Mr. Schumann, to approve the development plan for 19- <br />13751; Chick-fil-A; 4779 Great Northern Boulevard with the condition that the shared <br />parking agreement become part of the approved plan, motion passed 7-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Sign Code Update <br />Ms. Lieber said the next meeting for the advisory committee will be July 29th. The stakeholders <br />are invited for a review meeting on the next day. Recent events have brought more light to the <br />sign code in regards to signs versus art in residential districts. Digital signs are also a topic of <br />much debate. An online survey will be sent out after the meetings and Ms. Lieber asked the <br />commissioners to forward the link to others to help ensure resident feedback is received. <br />Administrative Approvals <br />Ms. Lieber reviewed the approved amendments since the last meeting. The monument sign bases <br />will be repaired and painted at Columbia Square Apartments, Hyde Park Condos and Carlton <br />Park Apartments at 4122 Columbia Road.
