A 8 ft. variance (approximate) for setback of a fence constructed on a corner lot in the <br />side and rear yards abutting a side street; code requires 20 ft., applicant provides <br />approximately 12 ft. to align the fence with the side of the house, Section 1135.02(D)(3). <br />Motion passed 5-0. <br />19-15747; Sharon Cooney; 3270 West 2311t Street <br />Representative: The applicant was not present. <br />Proposal consists of a fence on a corner lot. Property is zoned C -One Family Residence. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 9 ft. variance (approximate) for setback of a fence constructed on a corner lot in the side <br />and rear yards abutting a side street; code requires 20 ft., applicant provides approximately <br />11 ft. to align the fence with the side of the house, Section 1135.02(D)(3). <br />Note: No precise dimension to the side property line has been provided but it is the intent to <br />install the fence in line with the side of the existing house closest to the side street (Maple <br />Ridge). <br />Mr. Allain moved, seconded by Mr. Papotto, to table the application for 19-15747; Sharon <br />Cooney; 3270 West 231s' Street until the February meeting, motion passed 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Sign Code Update <br />Ms. Rambo -Ackerman said the Planning Director received the latest draft of the sign code <br />update recently so once she has reviewed it, it will be sent out to the advisory committee for <br />input. <br />Mr. Raig announced that he will not be continuing on the Board since he is moving and his term <br />has ended.
