ROLL CALL: Chairman W, Brake called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: W. Brake and M. Kelly <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley and Civil Service Secretary S. Freeland <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner A. Campbell and Human Resource Director M. Gallo <br /> II. DISPOSITION Oh' MINUTES: <br /> Motion by Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Brake, that the minutes of the <br /> December 16, 2019 meeting be approved as received. <br /> Motioned passed unanimously. <br /> III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> There were 9 items of'correspondence received and 41 items of correspondence sent out by the <br /> Civil Service Commission. <br /> IV. OLD 13USINESS: <br /> l?ntry_-Level l-jrefigllter Eligible List <br /> Motion by Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Brake, to remove fire candidates Jacob <br /> I lartman, Steven Drop and Colin Quinn, pursuant to Rule VII Section 9(d). <br /> Motion passed unanimously, <br /> Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Kelly, to remove fire candidate Brian <br /> Sala due to receiving a voluntary removal letter, pursuant to Rule VII Section 10. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Kelly, to certify the name of Robert <br /> I ardy to the h;ntry-Level Firelighter Paramedic Eligible List. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> V. NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Entry-Level Patrol Officer Eligible List <br /> Motion by Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Brake, to remove police candidate <br /> Corey Bing and Michael Lipesey, pursuant to Rule VII Section 9(i). <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br />
