CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES - OCTOBER 21, 2020 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />I. ROLL CALL: Commissioner Kelly called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: M. Kelly and A. Campbell <br />ALSO PRESENT: Human Resources Director M. Gallo, Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley, <br />Attorney Paul St. Marie, Chief Wagner, Fire Captain Peters, Fire Lieutenant <br />Weir, Fire Lieutenant Boatman, Fire Lieutenant Coyle, Firefighter Gallagher, <br />Police Officer Fioritto, Kevin, Christopher Voloshuk, D and Civil Service <br />Secretary S. Freeland <br />ABSENT: Commissioner W. Brake <br />II. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />Motion by Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, that the minutes of the <br />September 21, 2020 meeting be approved as received. <br />Motioned passed unanimously. <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />There were 7 items of correspondence received and 5 items of correspondence sent out by the Civil <br />Service Commission. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />2021 Civil Service Calendar <br />General discussion commenced regarding the 2021 Civil Service calendar. <br />Motion by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Kelly, to accept the submitted <br />dates for Civil Service Meetings for the year 2021. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />2021 Civil Service Budget <br />General discussion commenced regarding the 2021 Civil Service budget. <br />Motion by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Kelly, to accept the 2021 Civil <br />Service budget as proposed. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />
