Ms. Panek said most <br />picket fence heights available in stores are 3.5 feet high. Mr. Allain did not have any concerns <br />with the proposal since the standard picket fence height seems to be 3.5 feet. <br />Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to approve the following variance for 21- <br />19878; Daniel & Martha Panek; 4397 Martin Drive: <br />1. A 1 ft. variance for height of a fence in the front yard; code allows a fence in the front <br />yard not to exceed 30 in., applicant shows 3 ft. 6 in., Section 1135(D)(2). <br />Motion passed 3-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />21-19673: KFC; 27901 Lorain Road <br />Proposal withdrawn by applicant. <br />Ordinance 2021-21 Electronic Meetings <br />City Council recently adopted code Section 109.09 regulating the conduct of virtual meetings <br />that will go into effect in a few days.
