Property is zoned B-3 General Business. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. An 8 ft. variance for depth of buffer zone along the west property line; code requires 10 <br />ft., applicant shows 2 ft. setback to pavement, Table 1139.06-2. <br />2.
