CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />SPECIAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES — NOVEMBER 17, 2021 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL: Commissioner Brake called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: W. Brake and A. Campbell <br />ALSO PRESENT: Human Resources Director M. Gallo, Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley, <br />and K. Van Schoor <br />I[. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, that the minutes of the <br />October 20, 2021 meeting be approved as received. <br />Motioned passed unanimously. <br />111. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />There were 3 items of correspondence received and 18 items of correspondence sent out by the <br />Civil Service Commission. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Promotional Fire Lieutenant's Test Results/ Eligible List <br />The Commission reviewed the Promotional Fire Lieutenant Examination Results and the Eligible <br />List. <br />Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, to accept the test results of <br />the examination as presented. <br />Motion passed unanimously, <br />Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, to certify the Promotional <br />Fire Lieutenant Eligible list to the appointing authority. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Entry -Level Police Eligible List <br />Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, to remove the following <br />name from the Entry -Level Police Officer Eligible List due to receiving voluntary removal letter <br />according to Rule VII, Section 10: Alyssa Genco. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Brake, seconded by Commissioner Campbell, to certify the name of <br />Nicholas Amato to the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />
