Flannery,J. Cotofan_T. Fratini <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Safety Director J. Scofield, Human Resources Director L. Kidd, Asst. Law <br /> Director B. O'Malley.and FIR Administrative Secretary D. Eccleston <br /> 11. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br /> Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Fratini to approve the minutes of <br /> June 2(L 2022. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> There were 10 items of correspondence received and 33 items of correspondence sent out by the <br /> Civil Service Commission. <br /> IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Police Officer lateral Transfer Eligible List <br /> General discussion commenced regarding the Police Officer lateral Transfer Eligible List; <br /> voluntary removals; involuntary removal. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Flannery_seconded by Commissioner Cotofan to remove candidate #1, <br /> Kevin Huff and candidate 48. Brad Beaulieu from the Police Officer Lateral Transfer Eligible List <br /> due to voluntary removals. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Flannery,seconded by Commissioner Fratini to remove candidate#4, <br /> John Hartman, from the Police Officer Lateral Transfer Eligible List based on information received <br /> from the Police Department and to send a hearing letter to the candidate. <br /> Roll call: Commissioner Flannery, yes: Commissioner Fratini_yes:Commissioner Cotofan, no. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> General discussion followed regarding certifying the next two or three candidates. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Fratini, seconded by Commissioner Cotofan to certify candidate 416_ <br /> Kyle Kelly and candidate #17. Victoria Bailey from the Police Officer lateral I ransfer Eligible List <br /> and to send their information to the appointing authority. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br />
