Properly is zoned C -One Famih Residence. <br />the following variance is requested: <br />I. Mr. Papotto pointed out <br />that Mr. Oslids name was not on the application. utter a discussion with Law Director Gareau <br />and tcrilication from %Is. Seclec that she has had email exchanges with Mr. Oslin it was <br />determined that he could continue representing this case Lav; Director Gareau clarified that the <br />awing will he constructed over an existine concrete patio. Mr. Oslin replied ces. Mr. h- <br />lackey <br />stated that there is limited space and this is an acceptable request. there was little discussion <br />concerning the variance requests. <br />Mr. Rabin moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey to approve the following variance for <br />22-22296; Mike Sheets — Translucent LLC DBA Brightemers; 24907 Gessner Road: <br />I. A 24 ft. 4 in. tariance for a rear yard setback of a roofed patio; code requires 51) ft., <br />applicant shows 25 ft. 8 in., Section 1135.02(( )(4)(a), 1135.06 (D). <br />2. A variance to enlarge a nonconforming dwelling that does not conform to all <br />setback requirements; code does not permit. Section 1165.02(13)(2). <br />Motion Passed 4-0. <br />
