Mrs. Makwana said they
planned to remove all of the grass and put stones there so that nothing would grow.
Mr. Rahm made a motion; seconded by Mr. Kovach; to approve 23-24460 Hiren and Hiral
Makwana at 24129 Salzburg Circle.
Board member entered into a brief discussion all agreeing that because it was abutting a
commercial property and the applicant had plans to maintain the minimal space between it was a
reasonable request.
Motion Passed: 5-0
23-24835; Antonio Brunello; 25417 Butternut Ridge Rd.
Representative: Robert G. Sharp; 25407 Butternut Ridge Rd; neighbor directly to the east of Mr.
Brunello.
Ms. Seeley introduced the case by stating it was for a new shed. There was a 250 square foot
variance for the size of a storage building. The code allowed 200 square foot, and the applicant
