Mr. Olivos made a motion to table 23-24830; 27932 Lorain Road: Halleen Kia: seconded by Mr. <br />David. <br />Motion Passed:4-0 <br />23-25261; 27932 Lorain Road; Halleen Kia <br />Proposal consists of a lot consolidation of four parcels to create a 4.77 -acre parcel. PPN's <br />include: 232-08-004, 232-08-009.232-10-064, and 232-10-066. <br />Mr. Olivos made a motion to table 23-25261: 27932 Lorain Road Halleen Kia; seconded by Mr. <br />David <br />Motion Passed:4-0 <br />Mr. Olivos made a motion to excuse Ms. Hemann and Mr. Patton. seconded by Mr. Leon. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. O'Malley asked to ensure the applicant had no objections to tablino the development plan <br />and lot consolidation, Mr. Copley expressed he had no objection. Mr. O'Malley also asked Mr. <br />Copley when he expected this to come back before the board. Mr. Copley stated the traffic study <br />should be back soon with no anticipation of issues. He explained he wanted to take these <br />comments from the board members and community members to the Halleens to see where <br />accommodations can be made. He did not anticipate bringing this back to the next meeting. but <br />hoped in two they would have a revised plan for the board and residents. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further business before the board. the meeting adjourned at 8:23 P.M. <br />
