Mr. Upton reported that a lot split approved by the Planning Commission a year a, -,o stipulated <br />no additional ingress or egress on or off Country Club Boulevard. The property is part of a <br />COREA dating back to 1974. governing mall development. The building's footprint is specified <br />in the agreement. making any adjustment complex and time-consuming. Pursuing variances for <br />the tAo primary facades due to curb cut and Country Club boulevard orientation is necessary. <br />Staff enthusiastically recommended approval. noting time sensitivity for both the mall ownership <br />group and Texas Roadhouse.
