There were also suggestions to <br /> extend the proposed fence to the property line and address the visibility of dumpsters from <br /> the adjacent properties. <br /> Mr. Davis summarized to board members and staff the meeting with the adjacent HOA at the <br /> Rockwynd apartments. He mentioned they discussed fencing, tree planting and location of <br /> buildings compared to the property lines. <br /> Board members, Mr. Davis and staff continued discussions about school bus pick up/drop <br /> off, additional sidewalk by the access road, lighting conditions and an updated larger <br /> capacity water lines. Residents asked questions about fencing, natural barriers, water run off <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Ms. Hemann moved to excuse Mr. Leon and Mr. Patton: all in favor none opposed. <br /> With no further business before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />
