ROLL CALL: Chair called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. <br />PRESENT: A. Flannery, J. Cotofan <br />ALSO PRESENT: Public Safety Director J. Scofield, Police Sergeant C. Fioritto, Police <br />Sergeant R. Kummer, Human Resources Director L. Kidd, Assistant Law <br />Director B. O'Malley, and HR Administrative Secretary D. Eccleston <br />II. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Promotional Police Lieutenant Written Examination Protest <br />General discussion commenced regarding the protest for the Promotional Police Lieutenant's <br />written examination; the answer to question number 6 is quoted out of the Law Officers Pocket <br />Manual; the question was not clear enough; can delete question or uphold the examiner's decision. <br />Motion by Commissioner Cotofan, seconded by Commissioner Flannery to affirm that "B" is the <br />correct answer and, therefore, the protests are denied. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Vl. ADJOURNMENT: <br />Motion by Commissioner Flannery, seconded by Commissioner Cotofan that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Motion passed unanimously.
