I . A variance for a second storaue building on a residential lot: code permits one. applicant <br />shows two. Section 1135.02(C)(2). <br />2. A 66 sq. ft. variance for combined size of storage buildings: code allows 150 sq. ft.: applicant <br />shows 216sq. ft.. Section 1 135.02(C)(2). Note: Applicant has an existing 10 ft. x 12 ft. (120 <br />sq. ft.) shed. Proposed Greenhouse is 12 ft. s 8 ft. X 10 ft. high (96 sq. ft.). Lot Size: 13.870 <br />Sq. Ft. (.318 acre) <br />Representative: Stephen Konig <br />Ms. Seelev introduced the case to the board. There was a discussion on whether the greenhouse <br />would be attached to the house, to which the applicant stated no. <br />Mr. Kovach moved to approve 39-2024: Stephen Konig: 5630 Pheasants Walk Drive: seconded <br />by Ms. Patton. <br />Motion Passed: 4-0 <br />45-2024; Maria Murillo; 6048 Mackenzie Road <br />Proposal consist of a new driveway. Property is zoned B -One Family residence. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 19 ft. variance for width of a driveway serving an attached garage: code allows <br />maximum 24 ft. wide: applicant shows 43 ft. wide: Section 1 135.02(B)(2)(c). Fxisting <br />Driveway at the widest with is 16 ft. Proposal to add 2 ft. to north side and 25 ft. to south <br />side across front yard. <br />Representatives: Maria Murillo.
