The variance sought was for a five-foot reduction in distance to the rear lot line,
from 10 feet to 5 feet, due to the existing garage's placement. The applicant planned to rebuild
the garage without changing its footprint. The building department confirmed the need for the
variance due to the small lot size and past zoning regulations.
Mr. Kovach motioned to approve 58-2024. seconded by Ms. Patton.
Motion passed: 4-0
61-2024; Mitchell Lyon; 6479 Barton Road
