Nighttime site lighting renderings depict even illumination of driveways <br />and parking areas with additional perspectives provided for review. <br />Residents of Birch Circle expressed concerns about the proximity of the new school driveway to <br />their properties, citing potential health and safety issues due to increased traffic. diesel fumes, <br />and exhaust emissions. They highlighted the inadequate distance between their homes and the <br />proposed driveway, emphasizing the impact on their daily lives and the safety of their families. <br />They requested the installation of a board -on -board fence along the Birch Circle properties as a <br />condition for approving the variance, in addition to the proposed tree line. A resident on Coe <br />requested no fence and only greenery for buffering. <br />Some members express sympathy for Birch Circle residents' desire for a board -on -board fence <br />and landscaping for privacy, acknowledging the significant impact of the school's proximity to <br />their properties.
