19 <br />COMMERCIAL APPEALS AND REQUESTS <br />119-2024; Ohio Junk Force; 30033 Lorain Rd. <br />A proposal was made to construct a new structure for a junk removal business, which would <br />include storage for dump trucks, a workshop, office space, and a showroom. The applicant - <br />requested four variances: a 4.45 -foot variance for lot width, a reduction in parking spaces from <br />18 to 13, a 40 -foot variance for the front setback, and a 10 -foot variance for the street lawn. The <br />department supported all the variance requests.
