Director Max Upton, Building Coordinator Katie Seeley, Law Director Michael Gareau, <br />Administrative Assistant Lyn Wilson <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The meeting minutes of April 7, 2025, were approved; all in favor, none opposed. <br />RESIDENTIAL APPEALS AND REQUESTS <br />242-2025; Bryan Tatar; 4162 Clague Rd. <br />A variance for a second storage building on a residential lot; code permits one, applicant shows <br />two, Section 1135.02(C)(2). A 125 sq. ft. variance for the combined total size of the storage <br />buildings; code permits 200 sq. ft.; applicant shows two sheds at 325 sq. ft., Section 1135.02 <br />(C)(2) Note: Original shed: 12 ft. x 20 ft. (240 sq. ft.) New shed: 9 ft. 7 in. x 8 ft. 10.5 in. (85 sq. <br />ft.). Lot size is 40,946 (.94 acre) <br />Mr. Mackey moved to approve 242-2025; Bryan Tatar; 4162 Clague Road; seconded by Mr. <br />Papotto with the following conditions: <br />1. That the shed structure be placed on the ground <br />2. That the shed structure meets code height requirements <br />Motion Passed: 5-0 <br />245-2025; Douglas Kent; 4461 Dover Center Rd. <br />A variance to allow a dwelling on a lot in a one- or two-family residence district to not have a <br />garage, code does not permit, Applicant shows no garage.
