LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> MINUTES OF MAY 09,2022 <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Mr.Neville called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm via online meeting. <br /> Present: David Neville, Jim Morse, David Anderson, Tom Dubowski, James Gearhart, Sarah <br /> Egan-Reeves,Gretchen Schuler <br /> Absent: Duane Limpert,Elizabeth Cardarelli <br /> Staff City Planner Nahid Parsipour <br /> Mr.Dubowski moved,seconded by Ms.Schuler,to excuse the absences of Mr.Limpert and <br /> Ms.Cardarelli,motion passed 7-0. <br /> REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINITIES <br /> Mr. Morse moved, seconded by Mr. Dubowski, to approve the Landmarks Commission <br /> minutes of February 14,2022,motion passed 7-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 22-21654;Daniel&Angelina Kishmarton;26903 Butternut Ridge Road <br /> Representatives:None <br /> Mr. Neville explained that the applicants want to add to the existing chain link fence. They also <br /> want to put a gate that will be visible from across the driveway but will be located at the back of <br /> the house. <br /> There were no comments from committee on this modification. <br /> Mr. Morse moved, seconded by Ms. Egan-Reeves, to approve the Certificate of <br /> Appropriateness for new fence and gate for 22-21654;Daniel&Angelina Kishmarton;26903 <br /> Butternut Ridge Road,motion passed 7-0. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Springvale Ballroom Landmark Designation <br /> Ms.Egan-Reeves and Ms.Schuler are working together on the draft of Springvale.They are going <br /> to held a mini workshop on May 24,22 and Ms.Egan-Reeves will present the draft to members. <br /> 1 <br />
