The applicant explained the lighting levels were designed to meet <br />Sheetz' safety and security standards, including improved visibility and camera performance, <br />and stated the requested levels were lower than their typical corporate standards. A resident <br />expressed concerns about traffic, lighting intensity, and lack of public awareness of the project. <br />City staff clarified that notice requirements had been followed and explained the project was still <br />moving through the review process. Staff indicated they had no objections to the lighting plan <br />and explained the reduced stacking resulted from a city -requested building reorientation.
