CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MINUTES-MARCH 28, 1991 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Burk called the meeting to order at 7:39 p.m. <br />Present: B. ScYiulz, D.. Spoerke, and R. Burk <br />Absent: J. Kazak and T. Mulloy <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Conway and Clerk of Commissions Oring. <br />II. REVIW AND COR.RECTION OF MINUTES : <br />B. Schulz moved to approve the minutes of January 24, 1991, seconded by D. <br />Spoerke, and unanimously approved. <br />III. COMMIJNICATIONS: <br />No items. <br />IV. HEARINGS : <br />Timothy and Lisa Becka, property located north of 6017 Decker Road. <br />Request permission to construct dwelling on permanent parcel number <br />235-14-77, sublot 404, Decker Road ("B" District, minimLUn lot frontage 70 <br />feet). Hearing required by Ord. 2806 (any house being built on a lot with a <br />50 foot front width or less requires the approval of the Board of Building <br />Code Appeals. Variances granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals March 6, 1991. <br />Chairman Burk administered the oath to Mr. Becka. Some neighbors were present <br />but stated they did not care to comnent. Mr. Becka explained that the lot was <br />40 feet and their house next door was the same size that this house would be. <br />The house on the other side is about the same size and is also on a 40 foot <br />lota He presented a sketch of the front elevation, and advised that he is <br />working with an architect. There will be no outside chimney as shown, if they <br />do have one it will be inside. Mr. Becka advised that he had no drainage <br />problems, and would probably have two yard drains and will work with the <br />Engineering Department. The members have no objections to the proposal. D. <br />Spoerke moved to grant permission to Tim and Lisa Becka, property located <br />north of 6017 Decker Road, to construct dwelling on permanent parcel number <br />235-14-77, sublot 404, Decker Road, seconded by B. Schulz, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />V. NEd BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />VI I .
