Orlowski, A. Skoulis, R. Tallon, J. Thomas, and B. Gorris. <br />T. Morgan arrived at 7:15 p.m. <br />Absent: R. Bowen <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director Dubelko, City Engineer Deichmann, Building <br />Comnissioner Conway, Councilman Lind, and Clerk of Commissions <br />Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br /> Mr. Skoulis ma.de 3 corrections on page 2: second paragraph, 17th line change was <br /> to were; 21st line eliminate one that; 12th line from the bottom add there after <br /> that, should read ...that there was no ... R. Tallon moved to approve the minutes <br /> of January 11, 1992 as corrected, seconded by L. Orlowski: Roll call on motion: <br /> Tallon, Orlowski, Skoulis, and Gorris, yes. Mr. Thomas, no. NEW BUSINESS: ? <br /> No items. - <br /> V <br /> <br />VIII. <br />OLD &TSINESS: o? <br />Study of master plan: Mr. Schultz, County Planning Commission, presented a <br />revised time line showing how the plan will be developed over the next 6 months, <br />with the goal of their being totally finished in August. Mr. Morgan stated that <br />there have been several requests to look at some parcels in the near future, <br />specifically the Christ The King property and there is a possibility that St. <br />Clarence will present a proposal for senior housing. He pointed out that the <br />delineation of focus areas was not scheduled for discussion until April. He <br />wondered if the order of these discussions could be changed to accommodate some <br />specific requests. Mr. Schultz stated that the baseline information would be used <br />in discussing the focus areas; however they might discuss these in conjunction <br />with the ba.seline studies. Mr. Thomas questioned if it would be possible to <br />discuss some of these focus areas at the end of each meeting so that the planners <br />could study that area in order to factor it into the following meeting. <br />Specifically could the Christ The King property be discussed at the end of this <br />meeting and then discussed in conjunction with the land use inventory. He stated <br />that a commitment had been made to Christ The King that if they withdrew their <br />rezoning request, their proposal would be discussed at the forefront of the <br />1
