OLD BUSINESS: <br />Continuing Study of the North Olmsted Master Plan: <br />Mr. Schultz, County Planning Conmiission, advised that tonight's discussion will <br />cover revisions to focus areas, and a public facility and infrastructure <br />analysis; alternative development ideas will be presented for various parcels in <br />the focus area. There are now four major focus areas: "A", The eastern segnent of <br />Brookpark bounded by Great Northern Boulevard, between Brookpark and Mastic Roads <br />east to the Fairview City limits and includes the area of 1480 within those <br />boundaries; "B" is the Coltmibia Road relocation and includes both the new and <br />PX'isting Columbia Road right of way; Area "C" is the Crocker/Stearns Extension <br />which will cover both the areas, north to the Westlake line and south to I-480 <br />interchange; area "D" is the western Lorain Road corridor, from Stearns Road to <br />the western city limits. Other areas of undeveloped parcels are noted and listed <br />on the map with parcel identification, size, current zoning, what land use plan <br />was recommended in the 1973 study, if the area is in a focus area, and some <br />comments regarding the site. A few of these parcels are scheduled at present for <br />developmenta Mr. Schultz would like the members to comment on what use they would <br />prefer on these sites which he would like sutimitted within the next two weeks. An <br />infrastructure and public facility inventory draft report has also been submitted <br />which includes streets, water and sewer systems, parks, library, police and fire <br />stations, and information on the school system. The City Service and Engineering <br />Departments have provided a list of all capital improvements planned for the City
