CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />MINUTES - DECEMBER 6, 1985 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Kazak called the meeting-to order at 10:10 a.m. <br />Present: J. Kazak, B. Schulz, and R. Burk <br />Absent: R. Puzzitiello <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes were deferred until the next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS: <br />1) Corporate Center Office Building (Biskind Development Co.), 25000 <br />Country Club Blvd. <br />Request permission to install satellite dish earth station on roof of <br />Corporate Center. Violation of Ord. 83-154, Section 1367.04-B. <br />This meeting was originally scheduled for November 30th but was deferred <br />until December 6th. Mr. Carlisle, Biskind Development Co., and Mr. <br />Landisman, representing the owners of the Westbury Apartments, met with <br />the Board at the Corporate Center to see the mock up of the earth station <br />on the roof, It was noted that the installation will not be permanently <br />mounted but will be held by weights and will meet requirements for stress <br />and wind factors, They then viewed the roof from Mr. Landisman's apart- <br />ment in the Westbury, the mock up was not visible. R. Burk moved to <br />approve the request for a variance to install a satellite dish earth <br />station on the roof of the Corporate Center with the stipulation that <br />each additional dish must be approved by the Board, seconded by R. <br />Kazak, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />V. ADJOURNMENT: <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m. <br />J. Kazak,Chairman
