ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and T. Morgan <br />J. Wixted arrived at 8:07 p.m. <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Assistant City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, and Recording Secretary B. <br />Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />On Page 4, thir.d last line; delete the second "whether or not". J. <br />Roberts moved to accept the Minutes of February 22, 1983 as cor- <br />rected, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />No Items. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) William S. & Elizabeth K. Doerner Subdivision, located on the <br />north side of Kennedy Ridge Road, west of I-480. <br />Consists of re-aligning the property lines between parcels <br />236-10-7 and 236-10-22 into two (2) sublots. <br />Assistant Engineer D. McDermott explained that sublot 1 is an <br />"L" shaped property and the perpendicular portion will be at- <br />tached to the rear portion of sublot 2, making two rectangular <br />shaped lots. Both lots will conform to code. B. Gorris moved <br />to approve the William S. & Elizabeth K. Doerner Subdivision <br />re-aligning property lines between parcels 236-10-7 and 236-10- <br />22, as presented, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously.approved. <br />(2) Anna Dorr's Subdivison, located on the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Byron Drive with Canterbury Road. <br />Consists of two (2) sublots from permanent parcels 232-31-2 and <br />232-31-19. <br />Note that a variance for lot area and depth was granted on 3/2/83. <br />A new variance was granted on March 2, 1983 (original variance <br />had expired). The existing lot will be subdivided into sublots 1 <br />and 2 and a small strip along the right-of-way will be assembled <br />_ onto sublot 2. J. Brown moved to accept the Anna Dorr Subdivision <br />for which a variance was granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals
