?-- CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES - MAY 18, 1983 I. ROLL CALL: Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. Present: M. Case, J. Cavaluchi, and R. Mongello Absent: S. Ebin Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: R. Mongello moved to approve the Minutes of April 20, 1983 as sub- mitted, seconded by M. Case. Roll call on motion: Mongello and Case, Aye. Mr. Cavaluchi abstained. III. SIGNS: (a) Mr. Donut (W. Jack), 27624 Lorain Rd. Wall sign - deleted from Agenda, sign is existing IV. NEW BUSINESS: (a) Mr. Donut (W. Jack), 27624 Lorain Rd. Exterior alteration to existing donut shop. Mr. Jack, the contractor, and Mr. Cygan, the owner, explained that the exterior alteration will reduce the window sizes, new brick will be added and will be painted.to match the existing painted brick. Interior ceiling will be lowered in the sales area to prevent heat loss, and some counter space will be re- moved and tables will be added. R. Mongello moved to approve -- the remodeling of Mr. Donut, seconded by J. Cavaluchi, and unan- mously approved. V. OLD BUSINESS: (a) Pick and Pay Food Palace (Kekst Assoc.), 26350 Gr. Northern Shopping Center Screening for roof top units and parking lot lighting plan. It was explained that the screening for the roof top mechanical units would be presented at a later meeting. Parking lot light- ing plan was presented by Mr. G. Richland, Architect for Great Northern Partnership. There will be one eighty foot alinninium pole light and six 35' high pole lights, all high pressure sod- ium lights: R. Mongello moved to accept the Pick and Pay parking lot lighting plan as presented, seconded by M. Case, and unan- imously approved. VI. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. M.
