ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case, J. Cavaluchi, and R. Mongello <br />Absent: S. Ebin <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Mongello moved to approve the Minutes of April 20, 1983 as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by M. Case. Roll call on motion: Mongello and <br />Case, Aye. Mr. Cavaluchi abstained. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) Mr. Donut (W. Jack), 27624 Lorain Rd. <br />Wall sign - deleted from Agenda, sign is existing <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Mr. Donut (W. Jack), 27624 Lorain Rd. <br />Exterior alteration to existing donut shop. <br />Mr. Jack, the contractor, and Mr. Cygan, the owner, explained <br />that the exterior alteration will reduce the window sizes, new <br />brick will be added and will be painted.to match the existing <br />painted brick. Interior ceiling will be lowered in the sales <br />area to prevent heat loss, and some counter space will be re- <br />moved and tables will be added. R. Mongello moved to approve -- <br />the remodeling of Mr. Donut, seconded by J. Cavaluchi, and unan- <br />mously approved. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Pick and Pay Food Palace (Kekst Assoc.), 26350 Gr. Northern <br />Shopping Center <br />Screening for roof top units and parking lot lighting plan. <br />It was explained that the screening for the roof top mechanical <br />units would be presented at a later meeting. Parking lot light- <br />ing plan was presented by Mr. G. Richland, Architect for Great <br />Northern Partnership. There will be one eighty foot alinninium <br />pole light and six 35' high pole lights, all high pressure sod- <br />ium lights: R. Mongello moved to accept the Pick and Pay parking <br />lot lighting plan as presented, seconded by M. Case, and unan- <br />imously approved. <br />VI.
