^ ? . <br />t <br />.1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MINUTES - JUNE 23, 1983 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Vice-Chairman R. Puzzitiello called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />Present: J. Kazak, R. Patton, R. Puzzitiello and R. Tallon <br />Absent: B. Schulz <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy and Recording Secretary <br />B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The minutes of May 26, 1983 were approved as read. <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Owen McGuiness, 5309 Whitehaven, No. Olmsted, OH <br />Request permission to build on permanent parcel 233-22-045 <br />Wellesley Ave. sublot 376 ("C" District, minimum lot 60' <br />frontage required). Hearing required by Ord. 2806 (any <br />house being built on a lot with a 50' front width or less <br />requires the approval of the Board of Building Code Appeals. <br />Vice Chairman Puzzitiello administered the oath to Mr. Mc <br />Guiness who explained that, at the suggestion of the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals, the house size has been reduced and will <br />need no variances. Lot was subdivided in 1925 and is now <br />non-conforming to the "C" residential frontage requirements. <br />House has 11,052 square feet and conforms to size requirements. <br />Neighbors viewed the plans. House will possibly be rough <br />sawn cedar or wood exterior and will have no basement. Nei- <br />ghbors had no objections to plans. J. Patton moved to grant <br />permission to buildhouse as presented on permanent parcel <br />233-22-045 Wellesley sublot 376, seconded by J. Kazak, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />2. Thomas J. Csapo, Csapo Dental Laboratory, Inc. 223 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for a Stay of Demolition Order for property located <br />at 25710 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, OH <br />Mr. Csapo was unable to attend this meeting and will sencl a <br />representative to the July 28th meeting. Case continued. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Gundy distributed the 1983 One and Two Family Dwelling Code. <br />The Board will study and discuss this at the next meeting. <br />VI.
