Nlotion unanimously <br />approved. <br />Motion was maae by :rarlene Orzechowski, seconaeci by Rooert I-Iun.ter, that a <br />letter be submitted along with a copy of the proposed budget to Mr. <br />Wilamosky, Chairman of' the Finance Committee, with a copy to Mr. E. tsoyle, <br />llirector of Finance, pointing out reasons why monies were not spent in <br />1982. Motion was unanimously approved. <br />i+Iarlene Orzechowski reportefl on her et'f'orts to obtain int'ormatbn as to <br />the procedure to t'ollow in paying the secretary. Motion was made by <br />Mr. Hunter that we authorize payment of $27U.UU to the secretaryot' the <br />Lanamarks Commission as so provicied in the 1982 buciget anct by orclinance. <br />Motion was secondea by :Lois Van Auken anci passed, llwayne :,loerpel will <br />pursue this matter. <br />H•,?Y• ? Application ot' Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sell of' 2b8b3 Butternut <br />Riage Road received anci reviewect by the Commission. i?Iotion was macie by <br />Mr. Hunter, seconcied 'oy Mr. UJoerpel, that vre accept this house for <br />inclusion in our Historic Buildinp, Recogriition Yrogram with date of' c.1873, <br />llate strip with that ciate will be ordered. <br />Application also received f'rom Mr. and Mrs. Joseph LanQ on their oarn at <br />259bl Kennedy Ridge Road, This application will be acteci upon af'ter ad- <br />ditional ctocumentation is receiveci, Marlene Urzechowski will contact the <br />Lngs. <br />Mr. Hunter also reported he had contacteciMr. Schmiedlin ana he has shown <br />interest in doing research f'or the Landmarks Comrnission. <br />Site Markers: Yat Yatton reporteci he maae an inspection of all the site <br />marlcers. Inf'ormation will be given to the secretary f'or f'ollow-up with <br />the Ohio Historical Society reaarcling their conclition. <br />Mr. IJoerpel extended aMerry Christmas to all, and members Pxpressed their <br />pleasure in having :flr.
