. ? ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MINUTES - FEBRUARY 25, 1982 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Schulz called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: B. Schulz, J. Patton, and.J. Kazek <br />R. Tallon arrived at 7:3? p.m. <br />Absent: R. Puzzietiello <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy (arrived at 8:00 p.m. <br />.? after BZD Committee Meeting) and Recording <br />Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of September 24, 1981 were approved as read. <br />III. COMM[TNICATIONS: <br />Chairman Schulz read a letter from Don Copeland, Director of <br />Human Resourses inviting the members of the Board to a public <br />meeting to be held on March 4, 1982 to discuss the Community <br />Development Block Grant fy 1982. <br />Letter from Councilwoman Y. Petrigac, Chairwoman of the Long <br />Range Planning Committee requesting any ideas for future . <br />planning that the Board members might have. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS: <br />Mr. B. Schulz was unanimously elected Chairman. <br />Mr. J. Patton was unanimously elected Vice-Chairman. <br />Mr. R. Tallon was unanimously elected Secretary. <br />The Board questioned Building Commissioner Gundy, who had just <br />arrived, why the St. Clarence Parish Hall which is a metal building <br />had not come to them for appro.val. Mr. Gundy explained that by <br />Ordinance only a masonery building that is not brick or stone must <br />be approved by the Board. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised the Board that the amendments
