Case called the Meeting to order at 4:07 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and R. Mongello. <br />R. Parry arrived at 4:11 p.m. <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of April 20, 1981 were approved as submitted. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />(a) Pooltown (J. Uronis), 29454 Lorain Rd. Pole Sign <br />Approved as submitted <br />(b) Little Critter Pet Shop (E. Ackerman) Pole Sign <br />Approved as submitted <br />? <br />(c) Store Building Co. The Plaza (Anthony S. Dindia), Lorain <br />and West 231 St. Pole Sign Heard with building plans <br />Approved as submitted with the suggestion that the cover..=.mver <br />the flourescent tubes be extended out so that the entire sign • <br />will be lighted. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Store Building Co.-The Plaza (Anthony Dindia), West 231 and <br />Lorain Road. <br />Mr. A. Dindia the owner of The Plaza presented the revised plans <br />which included some of the revisions suggested by the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review on April 20, 1981. The Board f elt <br />that some of the landscaping did not provide sufficient screen- <br />ing and that a fence would give more privacy to the adjacent <br />property owner. There was no indication where the trash re- <br />ceptacles would be located. The Board suggested that the <br />service drive entrance from Lorain Rd. should be one way for <br />trucks with the exit off West 231 Street and the dumpster <br />be located to the west of the parking spaces and these spaces <br />be relocated in the turning area. A landscape island at the <br />Lorain Rd. entrance should be included. The roof overhang
