ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Schulz called the Meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />Present: J. Patton, R. Puzzietiello, and B. Schulz <br />Absent: R. Tallon <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Councilman R. <br />Wilamosky, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of April 23, 1981 were approved as submitted. <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No Items <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Continued from May 28, 1981. Women's Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association of Cleveland. Re property located at <br />Sublot 9-D, 6928 Stearns Rd. <br />Requests a Stay of Demolition <br />M. Gareau, Law Director, had advised the Building Department <br />that Women's Federal has put $6,000. in escrow to side the <br />house, install a garage door, replace the windows, grade the <br />lot and generally repair the exterior. Women's Federal has <br />requested a continuation of the case for one month to com- <br />plete the above. <br />J. Hootman, one of the owners,was administered the oath. He <br />stated that Women's Federal would not take the house on a <br />quit claim and that he had no funds to finish it since Women's <br />Federal would not release the funds. He also advised that <br />none of the offers on the home would pay off the construction <br />loan and the lein held by North.American Lumber. <br />J. Patton moved to continue the Woman's Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association of Cleveland's request for a stay of demo- <br />lition for the property located at Sublot 9-D, 6928 Stearns Rd. <br />for 30 days with the stipulation that the the house be sided, <br />the windows and garage door installed, and the property be <br />graded, seconded by B.
