ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order'at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Brown, and B. Gorris ! <br />Absent: R. Bugala, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts: <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, City Engineer R. Zurawski, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law <br />Director D. Ryan, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Perla moved to approve the Minutes of February 10, 1981, <br />seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approvedo <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(a) Signs: <br />Building Commissioner Gundy presented the signs which were <br />studied and discussed in conjunction with the Architectural <br />Board of Review Minutes of February 16, 1981. <br />T. Morgan moved to approve all the signs as presented in the <br />Architectural Review Boar.d Minutes of February 16, 1981 <br />consistant with their recommendations and having ascertained <br />from the Building Department that the questions regarding <br />the conformance to the Ordinances have been met, seconded <br />by R. Perla, and unanimously apProved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />No Items <br />V. COMMUNCIATIONS: <br />Notice of Annual Meeting of Regional Planning Commission <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Ord. #81-21 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE <br />MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE <br />ZONFNG CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES <br />? -
