e <br />I <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - OCTOBER 13, 1981 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the ineeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Present: T. Morgan, J. Roberts, R. Perla, J. Prokasy, J. Brown, <br />and B. Gorris <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant Law <br />Director J. Dubelko, Assistant City Engineer D. <br />McDermott, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTIOIV OF MINUTES: <br />Mr. Prokasy requested that in the Minutes of September 22, 1981 <br />the sentence on Page 3, the fourteenth line be deleted: that <br />sentence reads "The Commission will refer this to the Law Direc- <br />tor for his opinion when there is a specific request". R. Perla <br />moved to approve the Minutes of September 22; 1981, as corrected, <br />seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Christ The King Community, located on the west side of <br />Barton Road between I-480 and the North Olmsted south cor- <br />porate line, and includes extension to Cook Rd. 0 <br />Concept plans (Continued from the meeting of September 22, 1981). <br />Mr. Quaintance bf Christ The King requested that the hearing <br />be delayed until later in the meeting when their Architect <br />would be in attendance. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND'SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) Christ The King Community Rezoning Request <br />Delayed until later in the meeting <br />(2) Gladine S. Elliott Resubdivision, located on the west side <br />of Burns Rd. near Butternut Ridge Road. Combining of four (4) <br />existing parcels; 235-11-81, 82, 83, 84 into two (2) sublots. <br />'Note: Board of Zoning Appeals, October 7, 1981: Frontage and <br />area variance to conform to Class "B" residence zoning. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott explained that this in- <br />volves four 40' lots. Mrs. Elliott's house,which is being sold, <br />was built on tWO: 401 lots, the adjacent lot will be divided, <br />20' will be reassembled to Mrs. Elliott's property to make one <br />100' lot, and 20° will be assembled to Mr. Ress's property 1 <br />which is.adjacent to her's_•__.R. Perla moved to approve the
