ROLL CALL: <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />New member James Burns had been sworn in by Mayor Swietyniowski <br />previously. <br />Present: J. Burns, T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Brown, and B. Gorris <br />Absent: J. Roberts and J. Prokasy <br />? <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Assistant City D. McDermott stated that the Ordinance number on <br />page 3, the fifth line should be Ordinance 80-148. T. Morgan moved <br />to approve the Minutes of October 13th be approved as corrected, <br />seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: <br />The signs were reviewed in conjunction with the Architectural <br />Board of Review Minutes of October 19, 1981. <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the signs a through c with the <br />stipulations and recor,unendations of the Architectural Board <br />of Review depending upon the apnroval of the Building Depart- <br />ment on the Euclid National Bank Si7n and the Mr. Wash Sign, <br />seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEid DEVELOPKENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) Andrew Rizzo Rezoning Request. Proposal is to rezone three <br />(3) parcels, 232-10-45, 232-10-46, and 232-10--47, located on <br />the east side of Porter Road north of Lorain Road, from the <br />current Class "B" Residence, Single Zone to Retail Business, <br />General Zone. <br />D. ?•icDermott explained that these three lots are abutted on <br />2 sides by general retail business property. Assistant Law <br />Director J. Dubelko stated that there could be a code vio- <br />lation in t;:is proposal since there is no frontage on Lorain <br />Road because the Ordinance defines the general retail business <br />area as being on Lorain or Brookpark Roads and also because <br />there will be less than 25,000 sq. ft. when the three lots are
