CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairman Parry called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />II, ROLL CALL: <br />Present:R. Parry, C. Petroski, and M. Case. <br />D. Williams arrived at 7:45 p.m. <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />III. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of April 21, 1980 were approved as submitted. <br />The Minutes of Ma.y 19, 1980 were approved as submitted. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Signs : <br />Tuff Kote ( Bob Cutler Signs), 5242 Porter Rd. 2 Wall Signs. <br />C. Petroski moved to approve the sign as submitted, seconded <br />by M. Case. Roll call on Motion: C. Petroski and M. Case, aye. <br />R. P arry, Nay. (Mr. Parry objected to telephone number on signs). <br />Entemann's Bakery (Bob Cutler Signs), 25401 Lorain Rd. <br />C. Petroski moved to app rove the sign as presen ted with the con- <br />dition that the remaining pole sign be available to the re-- <br />maining three tennants of the plaza, seconded by M. Case, and <br />unanimous ly app rove d. <br />(b) Lorain Stearns Shopping Center Addition, 28981 Lorain Rd. <br />G. Drager, Architect, presented the plans which were studied <br />in conjunction with the Planning Commission Minutes of April 22, <br />1980. It was suggested that the eastern most drive way be <br />moved west to control traffic. Mr. Parry questioned if the <br />three retail stores were included in the original plan sent <br />to Planning Commission or if only the addition to the Yamaha- <br />Honda, Agency was in the original plan. The eastern driveway <br />to the rear of the shopping center will be difficult for <br />delivery trucks. There is no 7' set back in parking area. <br />C. Petroski moved to disapprove the Lorain Stearns Addition <br />because there is too much building for the property, there are
