Roll Call <br />Chairman Rafeld called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Rafeld, Vice Chairman Roberts, Secretary Ryan9 Mre. <br />Brown and Messrs. Prokasy and Bugala. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, City Engineer Zurawaski, <br />Law Director Gareau and Recording Secretary Hodginsp <br />II. Ra-view and Correction of Minutes <br />N1r. Bugala moved to accept minutes of Feb. 14, 1978 meeting as submit- <br />ted. Mr. Prokasy seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />N'lre Roberts moved to correct minutes of Jan. 2L, 1978 Item V(c) con- <br />cerning Columbia Rdo Baptist Church - Mr. Ron Everett was present and <br />not Reyo Tr:?ithers - Mro Prokasy seconded, and motion passed. <br />IIIe Building Department Requests <br />(a) Fragapane Baker -- 28649 Lorain Rdo (southeast corner of Parkridge <br />and Lorain) <br />Mro Gundy presented plans for building to be used for preparation <br />and sale of baker products with three apartment suites on second <br />floor. Discussion and examination of plans ensued. Mro Engoglia <br />was present to explain the planso Mr. Prokasy moved to refer plans <br />of Fragapane Bakery to Architectural Review Board and request their <br />attention be directed to the requirement for garage for the dwell- <br />ing units and to look at plans for separation by fence and/or <br />landscaping and lightingo Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed, <br />(b) Poppin Fresh Pies - Southeast Corner of Bentley and Lorain <br />NIrq Gundy presented plans for family style xestaurant with seat-' <br />ing capacity for 140. Parking is adequate; planting strip is un- <br />der size. ALter discussion and examination of the plans, MroPro.- <br />kasy moved to refer plans for Poppin Fresh Pies to Architectural <br />Review Board to review for their consideration lighting, planting <br />strip and reduction of parking places near ingress and egress.Mrs. <br />Brown seconded., and motion passed. <br />(c) Cleveland Trust Co, Drive In - Great Northern Shopping Center. <br />Mr. Gundy invited the architects for the Cleveland. Trust Coo to <br />assemble before the Commission4 Plans were distributed and dis- <br />cussion was heldo A 13 ft. x 7 ft. building with three windows <br />and lanes for stacking space for 30 cars is plannedo There is <br />to be curbing and striping in entrance lanes. Mr. Roberts mov- <br />ed to re'Ler Cleveland Trust Coo Drive In plans to Architectural <br />Review Board with the following recommendations for their review: <br />traffic pattern and lightirigo Mr. Bugala seconded, and moticn <br />passed.
