Roll Call <br />Chairman R.afeld called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.me <br />Presents Chairman A.afeld, Vice Chairman Roberts., Mr. Bugala and <br />Mrs. Brown. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, <br />City Engineer Zurawski and Recording Secretary <br />Hodginso <br />TIo Review and Carrection of Minutes <br />Mr. Gundy referred to Item III (a) in F'ebruary 28 minutes. Line <br />2"three" should be omitted (there is to be only one dwelling <br />unit on second floox). Mr. Roberts moved to apprcve minutes as <br />corrected, Mrs. Brown seconded, and motion passed, <br />IIIo Building Department Requests <br />(a) Minotti Beverage Drive In and Office Building <br />Mr. Gundy presented plans for demoli?iPA and reconstruc- <br />tion of building east of Dover and Lorain (car wash)o <br />Building planned is approximately 8,000 sqo fto for the drive <br />through beverage store with upper level for officeso Exit is <br />planned into Dover Rda Parking is adequate; 130 fto frontage <br />- one entrance and one exit. Nro Roberts moved to refer <br />Minotti Drive In and Office Building to Architectural Review <br />Board with recommendation Safety Director Petre look at traf- <br />fic pattern necessar.y for such a business. Mr.. Bugala sec- <br />onded, and motion passed. <br />(b) Magic Pan <br />Mr. Gundy presented plans for other changes - elevation on <br />portion facing parking loto Mr. Rafeld moved to refer Ma- <br />gic Pan revised plans to Architectural Review Boarde Mrso <br />Brown seconded, and motion passedv <br />Mr. Prokasy is now present. <br />TV. New Developments and uubdivisions <br />(a) Vienna Woods Subdivision <br />IA East side of T?.?,alter Road between Lorain and Gessner Rds. <br />Permanent Parcel No. 231•-27-3 Two Sub Lots <br />Plan is to subdivide into two lots 67085 fto frontage each. <br />Variance has been granted by Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. <br />Roberts moved to approve plan as presented. Mr. Prokasy <br />seconded, and motion passed.
