Roll Call <br />Chairman Rafeld called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Rafeld, Vice Chairman Roberts, Secretary Ryan, <br />Mrs. Brown and Messrs. Bugala and Prokasy. New member <br />Ohman was present, not voting (had not been administer- <br />ed the oath). <br />Also Present: Assistant City Fngineer McDermott, Law Director <br />Gareau (came from another meeting at 8:45 pam.) <br />and Recording Secretary Hodginso <br />II. Reviev and Correction of Minutes <br />Mre Roberts moved to approve March 28, 1978 minutes as submitted. <br />Mr. Ryan seconded, and motion passed. <br />III. BuiJ_ding Department Request - No Items <br />IV; New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Ralph M. Eagleeye Subdivision - North side of Butternut <br />Ridge Road Ir,ie.st of Kennedy Ridge Road - Two Sub lots - <br />Permanent Parcel No. 235-6-3. <br />Plans and location maps were distributed by Mr. McDermott. Board <br />of Zoning Appeals had granted variance as its minutes of March 8, <br />1978 show. 1f'ould be creating landlocked parcel. Engineering De- <br />partment is making r.ecommendation this item be disapproveda Copies <br />of Plotting Ordinance were distributed. Property is one lot at <br />present, zoned A residential, Both proposed lots taould have ade- <br />quate square footage. Engineering objections include (1) Vi.ola- <br />tion of plotting ordinance; (2) Establish a prec;edent; (3) Ease- <br />ment problem. After discussion-llr. Prokasy moved to place Eagle- <br />eye Subdivision in Committee. Mrs, Brown seconded, and motion <br />passedo <br />V. Communications <br />(a) Ordinance No, 78-47 <br />1lr. Prokasy moved to approve City Ordinance Noa 78-0o Mr, Bugala <br />seconded, and motion passed. <br />VIo New Business - No Items <br />VII. Old Business
