. <br />PIANNING COMYIISSION <br />.Tune 13, 1978 <br />l I. Roll Call <br />Vice Chairman Roberts called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: Vice Chairman Roberts, Messrs. Bugala, Ryan, Ohman, Prokasy and Mrs. <br />' Brown. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, Assistant City <br />Engineer McDermott and Recording Secretary Hodgins. <br />II. Review and Correction of.Minutes <br />Mr. Prokasy moved to accept May 23, 1978 minutes as presented. Mr. Bugala sec- <br />onded, and motion passed. <br />III. Buildzng Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy introduced Nirv o'Grady who came before the Commission. Mr. 0' <br />Grady is owner of North Olmsted Party Center. Plans to add to the Party <br />Center were presentedo More detailed plans are needed for submittal to <br />krchitectural Review Board. kfter short discussion Mr: Prokasy moved to <br />request North Olmsted Party Center plans be referred to krchitectural Re- <br />view Board. Mr. Ryan seconded, and motion passedo <br />IV. New Developments and Lubdivisions <br />t ' <br />? (a) tividening of ?!*!. 231st St. Dedication i'lat (k. & P. Site). <br />Mrm McDermott submitted plans showing 10 ftm right of way to be added <br />on east side of existing right of way, not changing the roadway. This <br />is to be possible left turn lane and to be built at no cost to the City.. <br />Length is to be 135.93 ft. kfter short discussion Mr. Prokasy moved to <br />recommend to Council to accept the widening of W. 231st St. as present- <br />ed. Mrsa Brown seconded; and motion passed. <br />(b). Richard A. Edkin Resubdivision - Northwest corner of Lansing Dr. and <br />Oring Rd. Permanent Parcel #232-1-9 - split of existing lot into two <br />lots. <br />Nfr. McDermott distributed location maps and subdivision plats. There <br />is.dwelling on Sub Lot #2 facing Lansing.
