CITY OF iVORTH OLqSTED April 5, 1978 BOARD OF ZONING APPEAIS Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Present: Chairman Ledvina, Messrs. Remmel and Ackley Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Recording Secretary Hodgins.. Mr. Remmel moved March 8, 1978 minutes be accepted as read. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151. 04. Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to assemble before the Board. Request for variance for less than 50 ft. for general business on Bentley near Lorain Rda Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- tion 11?1004.
