Also Present: Mr. Gareau, Law Direcotr, Mr. Gundy, Building Commissioner and Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretary. NIr. Huntington moved to approve minutes of 5eptember 7, 1977• r'Ir. Request for 2 ft. front setback variance, request for variance of less than 20 ft. between commercial and residentials Violation of Ord. 62•-33 Sections 1174.02 and 1174. 06. Also request to add to non-conforming. Special permission required by Ord, 62-33 Section 1231002. Chairman Ledvina invited ali.interested persons to assemble before the Board. V'fitness, before testifying, was sworn in. N1r. Gundy explained the request. Residential home is non-conforming by virtue of the business use. Porch is basically covered; request is to enclose.
