Present: Chairman Tischler, Vice Chairman Rafeld, I•iessrs. Nee, Zur- awski and Prokasy. Also Present: City Eneineer Childs, iaw Director Gareau and Record- , ing Secretary -iodginso II. Review and Correction of Minutes 14s. Zurawski wishes-to add to minutes in Par. 3 his reason for with- drawal of his motion to amend - reason being that 14r. Brennan had said he could not be ce.rtain of donation of the 10 ft. width for left turn on parcel B of the develo-oment. Also Item IV. (a) I:argo Drive Vaca- tion Plat. The vacation plat v:zs approved; the request for resubdivi- sion be placed in comrnittee. In the same iter^, the term"mixed use" sheuld be"multiple residence". Is;r. Zurawski roved to approve rninutes as corrected. r,r. NEe seconded, and motion pas=edo III. No Items IV. Jeanne Van Uum Subdivision (a) Split of existing parcel 237-25-7 into two parcels. Both new parcels far exceed the Class A size requirements, but neither ca.rLforms to nor- mal frontage and setback reauirements. Zoning Board of .11_-ppe21s has registered no objection. Southerly side of Mastick Rd., adjacent to Shephard's Hill Engineer Childs cistributed maps and explained the plans. After some discussion Mr. :rokasy moved to approve prelimina:y plans for Jeanne Van Uum Subdivision as preser.ted. A's. ilee seconded, and all members Dresent voted in favor.. of the _r,ioti-on except ?s. Zurzwski ?ho abstain- edo ?'r. Srokasy raised point of order regarding the abstention. Ys. Zuravski was asked to vote. He voted nay. V. Communications (a) Letter from _Don Copelznd regarding Se:iior Citizen Center was dis- cussed. It kas stated there had been a good job of doing the re- searcho The Recording Secretary was asked.to record the fact that the letter and report had been receivedo (b) Letter from ?ayor Christman regarding Bike t':ay Plans along ?:ith a letter from Regional Planning Commissionm Planning Co:?unission had reviewed the plan approximately tvo yezrs ago.
