Roll Call <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />? <br />jirne_6112., 1977 <br />Chairman Tischler called the meeting to order at 8.;05 pL M. <br />Present: Chairman Tischler, Vice Chairman Rafeld, Messrs. Nee, Zuraw- <br />. ski, Frokasy and Roberts. <br />Also Present: -Iaw Director Gareau and Building Commissioner Gundy.. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Nr. ATee moved to approve minutes of June 28, 1977, Mr. Roberts sec- <br />onded and motion passed. <br />III. Building Department Requests <br />(a) U-Store-It Subdivision ' <br />Mr. Gundy presented site plans for U-Store-It. Nir. Roberis3nd <br />Barry Amsdell described sketch of proposed subdivision of large <br />lot submitted without proper dimensions. <br />`. In view of vacations special Planning Commission Meeting is <br />scheduled for July 149 1977 to review lot subdivision. <br />Mr. Zurawski moved to send plans to Architectural Review Board <br />and recommended the addition of 4 fta walk paving adjacent to <br />South end to end of buildingse Motion was seconded by Mr. Nee <br />and passed unanimously. <br />(b) Court Club North <br />Mr. Gundy presented site plans for racquetball club for 9 ten- <br />nis courts and room to add two more courts. 14r. James Reding- <br />er described pl.an and entrance from Bentley Drive as well as en- <br />trance from Lorain Rd. over 50 ft. easement. Mr. Prokasy moved <br />to place in committee for review of previous subdivision/ease- <br />ment (refer to Orde 62-33 Section 17141.04 Other District Bound- <br />aries) and refer plan to Architectural Review Board. Mr. Ro- <br />berts seconded, and motion passed unanimously. <br />IV. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) HeZl.er Subdivision. Combining two existing lots into one single <br />lot in Class C residential area location on East side of Z-lelles- <br />ley Ave. approxi_mately 700 ft. north of Lorain Rd. Permanent <br />Parcel Nos. 233-20-42 & 43. . <br />Mr. Gundy presented Heller Subdivision for Engineering Dept. Mr. <br />Rafeld moved to approve Heller Subdivision. Mr. Prokasy second- <br />ed, and motion passed.
