Roll Call <br />May 11, 1976 <br />Chairman Prokasy called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.mo <br />Present: Chairman Prokasy, Vice Chairrian Roberts, Secretary Tischler <br />and 2•lessrs. Rafeld and Evanoff and Freeh. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Assistant City Engineer <br />McDermott, Law Director Gareau and Recroding Secretary <br />Hodgins. <br />II. Mr. Evanoff moved to accept minutes of April 27, 1976 meeting as <br />presented. Mr., Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimouslp. <br />IIIo Building Department Requests <br />(a) New Requests <br />(1) Mr. / Gundy presented plana for renovation and modernization <br />of building at 24789 Lorain Rd. Building is non-conforming; <br />? was approved by Board of Boning Appeals. Parking plan is in <br />accordance with the ordinance. Mr. Geitz, architect, came <br />. before the Commission. Plans were distributed and studied. <br />There is no addition tn the building planned. Yir. Tischler <br />moved to approve site development plan for physicians' sur- <br />gical supplies-as presented with relocation of fire hydrant <br />and removal of parking lines in deliveries only portion. Mr. <br />Evanoff seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />zy. Old Business - <br />(a) Recreational area preliminary development plan, as proposed by the <br />? developer of City Line Estates resubdivision -- east off Barton Rd. <br />south of C. E. I easement. . . <br />Mr. DeLavella was present with rendering of proposal. Location map <br />and plans were distributed by Mr. NcDermott. Review of proposal Was <br />given by Chr. Prokasy. There is no report from Recreation Commissio <br />Long discussion followed. Ntr._DeLavella suggested home owners' asso <br />1 ciation be established to care for, the proposed $15,000 :improvement; <br />restriction covenant in deeds was suggested; fence proposal, length <br />and height, were discussed. Mr. Freeh moved to approve site plan! <br />and landscape plan as shown for Permanent Parcel #23h-18-21 as re= <br />quested by City Line Estates resubdivision including 6 ft. fence a- <br />long rear city property line and 6 ft. fence down easterly side yard <br />Mr. Tischler seconded and motion passed unani.mously. <br />V.
