Olson's mo-tion as folloks: 16A condition <br />of the variance granted on August 22, 1972 was in no ?v,,ay to be considered <br />a residence a'P <br />Minutes were approved as corrected. <br />Continuation of hearing of Hallmark, Inc., <br />At the request of the appellant Mr. Duskey moved to grant that case be <br />continued. Tfrm Huntington seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />Continuation of hearing of 14illiarn 1'furalo <br />At the request of the appellant Mra Olson moved to grant that case be <br />continued. Rear of 1ot was sold for ramp for inter state highway. <br />Mr. Babcock's lot is conforming, hoVaever lot to vrest will be forced <br />into non conforming. There is approximately 50 ft. rear yard on <br />lot in question. Letter of objecti-on from Bretton RidFe Civic As- <br />sociation Tgas read by Chr. S,edvina. It was stated location of home <br />on this sub standard lot will detract from others in thF area. Mr. <br />Huntington moved to deny the variance. I4otion cied for lack of a <br />second. Nr.
