. City of Nort2i 0lmsted BOARD OF ZCVING APrEALS Apri.l 7' 1976 Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Present: Chairman Ledvina, Messrs. Huntington, Olson; Hamill and Duskey. A1so Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau, Recording 4ecretary Hodgins and Councilmen Beaty and Sharpe.- Correction was made to minutes of March 3, 1976 as follows: Insertion to be made before Pir. Olson's mo-tion as folloks: 16A condition of the variance granted on August 22, 1972 was in no ?v,,ay to be considered a residence a'P Minutes were approved as corrected. Continuation of hearing of Hallmark, Inc., At the request of the appellant Mr. Duskey moved to grant that case be continued. Tfrm Huntington seconded and motion passed unanimously. Continuation of hearing of 14illiarn 1'furalo At the request of the appellant Mra Olson moved to grant that case be continued. Mro Hamill seconded and motion passed unanimouslyo l. Carl D. Bover, 5996 Louis Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request for 20L sq. ft. lot size variance at 29384 Bretton Ridge Dr. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1157.01 requiring 10,850 sq. ft. I'resent: Tlirm Bower,, :T7r. Babcock and many others who vere administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. There taas discussion of the plan as proposed. Rear of 1ot was sold for ramp for inter state highway. Mr. Babcock's lot is conforming, hoVaever lot to vrest will be forced into non conforming. There is approximately 50 ft. rear yard on lot in question. Letter of objecti-on from Bretton RidFe Civic As- sociation Tgas read by Chr. S,edvina. It was stated location of home on this sub standard lot will detract from others in thF area. Mr. Huntington moved to deny the variance. I4otion cied for lack of a second. Nr.
