City of North 0lmsted <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPE.4LS <br />July 2, 1975 <br />Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:30 p,m. <br />Present: 14essrs. Ledvina, Duskey, TubUs and Olson. <br />Also present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Law Director Gareau and Recording <br />Secretary Hodgins. <br />Minutes of ineeting June 4, 1975 showld be corrected to read "1975t1 in heading <br />and should indicate Law Director Gareau was attending Council meeting and at- <br />tended Board of Zoning Appeals meeting for Cases Pdo. 21 and No. 22. 14r. Tubbs <br />moved to accept June 4, 1975 minutes as corrected. Mrm Duskey seconded and <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />Minutes of special meeting June 25, 1975 were considered. Mr. Tubbs moved to <br />accept minutes as submitted. Mr. Olson seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />Continuance of hearing of request of Tdmo and Dawn Janik, 23296 Alexander <br />Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request to add to non conforming <br />dwelling. Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. <br />Present: Firo and 14rrs. Janik who were administered the oath. Case was <br />reviewed. 13z ft. x 20 ft. addition is planned at rear. On <br />site inspections had been made by Board members. Addition <br />will bring building within a few ft. of driveway and close to <br />neighborso Concern was expressed as to persons who will oc- <br />cupy house in rear which has been sold. Chairman Ledvina sug- <br />gested withdrawal of request and have rehearing when new people <br />are in the rear property. Case withdrawna <br />l. Lee Hardman, 24300 Ambour Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Request <br />for 7 ft. 6 in. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Hardman and one neighbor who were administered the <br />oath0 Case and appeal were read. Mr. Ledvina explained plans <br />and said neighbors on either side cio not object. Mr. Tubbs mov- <br />ed to grant 7 ft. 6 in. rear .yard variance. Mrm Duskey seconded <br />and motion passed. <br />2o Bob Shimp, 16011 iqadison Ave. Lakewood, Ohio. A-equest for variance (1133.13)• <br />Request for 3 ft. side yard variance on Sub Lot 405 Decker Rd. (lot north of <br />6023 Decker Rd.) Violation of Ord. 62-33 S.ection 1161.01. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. jrlalton. Witnesses were administered tne oath. Ns. <br />Shimp did not appear. Mr. T.ibbs moved to continue.
