Bo-iree and French ropresenting the North Olmsted Kiwanis Club <br />and Pdr. Bovee representing the Business Men's Clubm <br />Pltayor poug].ass acted as chairman and Mr. Vfidenea° aated as Secretar;r. <br />Discussion was had on zoning and planning forr tne Village of <br />PTorth Olmsteda <br />Mx°, IViizspez° eaplained the, procedurs to be #'ollovaed in zoning <br />and plannings <br />Mr. Cloyd explained the zoning frc,m an engineex°ing standpoint <br />and gave a brief outline of ??e villages now adopting zoning orctinances. <br />ltZot3.on b,y Mir. Humel. and seconded by Mro Decker that John R, <br />Cloy°d b-e ienployed as engineer to grepaxeplans for zoning the Village <br />of Nox°th Olmsted, his compensation to be paid upon bills rendered and <br />approwed by the Planning Cammission and the couneil of the Village. <br />5 yeas, no naysa Bfiotion carried. <br />Moved by xlrm flecker and seconded by iVir. Humel that I. R. <br />Winspsr be employed as legal adviser for the Plapbr!ing Commission, his <br />compensation to be paid upon bi11s s°sndered and approved by the Planning <br />Comn!ission and the Counail of the 4i11agea Motioxa oarx•ied. 5 yeas, no nays. <br />Motion by PQr. ReEp, seconded by Mr. Humel, that the Planming <br />Commission x°equest cotancil to approve os° disapnrove the zoning and <br />plattgng of t'ne Vi11age. Carried. 5 yeas, no nayse <br />Moved by Mro Humel and secanded by Mrg necker lvhat the Planning <br />CommisEion request the Couneil of the Vi11ege of North Olmsted to approve <br />or disapprove emploSRnent of John R. Cloyd as engineer and I. R. Winsper <br />as legml counsel. Motion caa°ried. 5 yeas, no na,ys.
