Kramere Oscar Hennirager, <br />Dan Romp and Frank Hume1, - also Village Clerlt <br />Chri.stman., Engineer Cloyd and So]icitor Winsper. <br />Item le The Boarcl received a request fr°om TYie Rosing Bui,lding Company <br />to change the present rating of the land ammediately west of the North <br />Olmsted Lumber Compan,y' hava.ng a frontage of 114 feet and depth of about <br />500 feet9 f rom a Residentzal Rating to a Business Rating. <br />The Board vro°ted to place the land in the Business District, <br />but limited the depth to 400 feeto The vute was rtYesB" - Romp, Kraanex°, <br />Dre Lewis., Hennin$ex° and Humel. <br />Item 2.- The very important proposal whach called for the bringing into <br />the Busa,azess Zone a11 of the properties on both the north and south <br />sides of Lorain Road from the Fairview North 0lmsted ].iaae to Columbaa <br />Road, was placed before the Board by Chai.rman, ICramer. A drawing of <br />the properties fronting on IArain Road was present. There were many <br />questions discussed, 3,n whieh Engineer Cloyd and Solicitor Wiaasper were <br />asked for opinions. <br />The Proposal m That any px°operty fronta.ng on Lor°ai,ra Road between the <br />Fairview Noz°°th Olmsted 1.ine and Colunbia Road, that is not now in the <br />Business Zone., be so included in the Business Zone to a depth of 300 <br />feet fx°om the center line of Loraa.n ftoad, except when the propea•ty <br />line is less than 300 feet, then it shall be zoned °to the property <br />line, the depth being subject to revision of the judgmeaat of the <br />Zoning Boaxd. <br />Wi11.iam Kramex° made the motion, and i,t was seconded by Dan <br />Rompe The vnte tivas unanimous - 7Ceas, Romp, Kramer, I}rs I,ewis, Henriinger, <br />and Humel. <br />A motion to adjourn was made b3r Romp - seconded by <br />Henniriger, <br />Secreta Chairman <br />-
